The Lampblacks:
Headed by the Boisterous, charming but hard drinking and ruthless Bazo Bazz The Lampblacks are the predecessors of the old lamplighters guild rendered redundant by the horizon of technology that bathed the streets of Doskvol in automatic electroplasmic light. The lampblacks turned to elicit sales and extortion. Baz is ready to be the dominant force in Crows Foot. He had big plans. He would use Cows Foot to expand his business opportunities into the rest of Doskvol. The Crew is currently in good standing with the gang as they have aligned very well with their credo of violence and Mayhem. They are well on their way to pushing the Red Sashes out of the streets of Crows Foot.
The Crows:
The Crows are lead by The Dangerous and devious Lyssa formerly The right hand of the Late Roric who was murdered horribly igniting a power vacuum that set off a literal gang war In Crows foot. Although It is unproven, it is apparent that Lyssa killed Roric in order to take over the Crows. Lyssas plan is not yet realized, however the other factions of the streets have not waited for her to show her cards. She may have also struck a deal with the Bluecoats as there is a new commander of the watch in the district. The Crows Managed the criminal endeavors in crows foot with an iron claw exacting tribute from the Lampblacks and Red Sashes alike often playing them off one another. Their common enterprises include racketeering and gambling dens.
The Red Sashes:
The Red Sashes are the descendants of an ancient Iruvian sword training temple. These ruffians are currently well trained well connected young noble sons and daughters of Iruvian Diplomats and muckity mucks. Most of the notables are entitled youth with a penchant for high end entertainment and vice. Drugs and pleasure are their trade. Their leader is an Iruvian sword fighter with an eye for expensive art named Mylera Klev. She is shrewd and cunning in the sword arena and in her business transactions. She as also boastful and proud. She is the commander of Red circle, The most decorated red sashes in the temple. Their wrath is legendary. The red sashes own a number of high end drug dens and a alchemist lab which makes both new pleasurable drugs and potions and ecessescens for sale and tactical uses. The red sashes have been adversaries of the Lampblacks for fundamental reasons, only kept from war in the streets by Rorics iron grip on Crows Foot. Now that Rorics gone, the gloves are off.
The Blue Coats:
The Blue Coats function as the City of Doskvol’s city watch and constabulary. The Coats are responsible for keeping the peace and maintaining the order and regulations of the city magistrates. While they are not the military they have considerable powers and jurisdiction to maintain order and lawfulness in the streets of Doskvol. Each region of Doskvol is akin to a specific precinct. Currently Crow’s Foot has gained a new enforcer. Lt Grazz. Grazz has been promoted if from inspector to Lieutenant of the Crows Foot station. He has Ideas of quickly gaining the upper hand in Crows foot by Negotiating With the leaders of the factions during this time of violence. He is an unknown quantity to the denizens of the street who have their hands too full at the moment to suss him out.
Lord Skurlok:
The old Vampire is still minding his own business however the Crew Stepped into his domain and he feels obliged to take his Ire out on them for disturbing his peace. Lord Skurlok is a very old purveyor of sorcery and ancient magics that makes him nearly immortal. Most believe he is a ancient vampire but no one really knows for sure. He is at odds with the Immortal Emperor and The spirit wardens chiefly because they pose the most credible threat to his sovereignty and agendas. He is a collector of powerful artifacts and is known to hide spirits from the spirit wardens. He is immune to the powers of ghosts.
